MIS currently provides Camp Services for Tshukudu Metals Botswana/ Sandfire at the Motheo Copper Mine Project near Ghanzi, where we manage two camps being an 850 person Construction Camp and a 752 person Motheo Mine Village.
We have also provided Camp Services for 100 persons to Itinera- Cimolai JV at the Mohembo Bridge project near Shakawe from July 2017 until July 2022.

Operations Director
Servest Multi Service Group South Africa acquired all (wholly owned) Camp Management Services Botswana(Pty)Ltd shares. The only change was ownership, hierarchy and reporting structure. I was reporting to the Regional Operations Director in Servest Head Office in RSA.
The roles remained the same and are as follows but not limited:
- -Overseeing and managing several projects brought forward with CMSB(Pty)Ltd
- -Liaising with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
- -Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
- -Liaise with superior in RSA to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
- -Planning and monitor the day-to-day running of business operations with site managers to ensure smooth progress
- -Supervising site managers and other senior staff and provide constructive feedback
- -Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
- -Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
- -Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
- -Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
- -Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
- -Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/ vendors
- -Evaluate overall performance
- -Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations

Ford Food Botswana (Pty)Ltd amalgamated with Camp Management Services Botswana(Pty)Ltd in September 2012 which I continued to be sharehold- er and Managing Director.
I was reporting to the board of Directors/Sharehold- ers on the performance of the company on a monthly business, my roles were as follows but not limited:
- -Overseeing and managing several projects simultaneously, namely:

The change of company names from Ford Catering Botswana (Pty) Ltd to Ford Food Botswana (Pty) Ltd was initiated by the requirement of citizen involvement by the client, Debswana. I also became shareholder and Director during change. I was awarded the certificate of naturalization on the 29th March 2006.
I was reporting to the board of Directors/Shareholders on the performance of the company on a monthly basis, my roles were as follows but not limited:
- -Assisted with the facilitation and set up of construction contractors camp for:

- • Overseeing and managing two camps which accommodated 3000 people
- • Managing all operational activities of the project • Managing the entertainment in the camp, 4 Bar outlets
- • Overseeing Admin and Finance department ensuring compliance with BURS and other legislations
- • Catering 3 meals per day
- • Overseeing housekeeping, laundry and security
- • Ensuring compliance with Debswana SHE
- • Reporting and giving feedback to client (debswana) on a daily basis

Bonnie Fox has over 7 years experience in the marketing and public relations field. She is a strategic thinker who has assisted in the growth of Mighty Infinite Services Botswana (MIS) brand. She is a highly motivated individual who is results oriented. Bonnie is responsible for quality control and assurance. She works closely with clients to meet their demand. She also coordinates Corporate and Social Responsibility activities, one of our major core mandate.

MIS had adopted 15 under privileged orphans, paying for their school fees, school uniforms, groceries and sponsoring school trips. All the 15 children attend school at C&M Little Angels Preschool in Kopong.
MIS sponsored the Botswana National Bowling Team with funds and kit, through the Botswana National Bowling Association.
